“Let foreign customers trust you”

Today our foreign trade sales team attended the lecture made by Russel Smith, UK Internet Marketer& Conversion optimization Consultant.

 

He illustrated several points in the speech, that was focus on customer needs, be human, be helpful. And We had a heated discussion on how to draw customers’ attention in communication, how to help clients solve their problem in transaction.

 

After this lecture, we got some new ideas and perspectives about customer development.
